If you love eating mushrooms as much as we do then this is the event you’ve been waiting for! Join us Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Cypress & Grove Brewery for a Mushroom Dinner Social with Florida Academic Lichen and Fungi Enthusiasts League (FALAFEL). We will be serving an Asian menu featuring cuisine that highlights flavors of five unique mushrooms. There will be a presentation about each mushroom being used in the meal and a booth with more information about the Gainesville based FALAFEL group. Cypress & Grove Brewery will have delicious beer on tap to compliment the dishes but don’t forget to finish off your meal with locally harvested reishi tea.
